What a start to the New Year!

Manchester was one hell of a show!  Sheila Jakeman (Tanlap) was our judge; Millie (Witchgait Music Maker) made her debut and won a strong Limit class. She showed like a dream, well done to Jane and Colin for doing a grand job of training her. But the big star of the day was Pixie (Witchgait Face the Future of Ashowai), who won Junior then, to our amazment, took the BITCH CC (her 3rd ) so is now a Champion (subject to KC confirmation) at only 14 months old! A massive well done to Andy and Heather who own this lovely girl.

Pixie is now my 3rd homebred girl and I’m sure the best is yet to come with this stunner. Hopefully following in her footsteps will be Millie and Pinch — watch this space!!!!  I am so proud, Millie was a fab girl at the show and you would have thought she had been doing all of her life; very pleased bearing in mind it was her first show.

Witchgait have now bred/owned Shar Pei  that have ammassed a total of 44 CCS between them — wow weeeee!

Witchgait Shar Pei – Top Breeder, Top Brood Bitch & Top Puppy 2011!

YAY, it’s official… I am top breeder, Inchi is top brood bitch and Pixie is top puppy 2011!

Also soon to make her debut is Millie, Witchgait Music Maker. She has settled  in well and is hopefully to make her first apperance at Manchester Championship Show. Good luck to all the Witchgait team – top breeder, top brood bitch & top puppy would not have been possible without you.

A litter is planned for from Tippi, and hoped for late spring/summer.

What a fab few weeks!

We have had a fab few weeks!

First of all, at the Shar Pei Club of Great Britain Championship show Dixie wins 3rd in a strong open class, Tippi wins 1st in open, Inchi 1st in a fabulous veteran bitch class and RBVIS, and Pixie (Witchgait Face the Future of Ashowai) wins junior and the RCC!  Judge was breed specialist Mrs Jennie Baker (Jentiki). Thank you for a great day!

At BUBA, under breed specialist Lin Shaw (Kolnago), Pixie wins 1st in junior and the Bitch CC (her 2nd ), so a truly remarkable day – so proud of this girl. Andy and Heather have done a tremendous job with this stunning Inchi /Frazor daughter, all at the age of 13 months she’s won 2 CCs and 4 RCCS, WOWEE! She’s on the way to being my 3rd Witchgait Champion.

2012 – we are so looking forward to the future. Witchgait Pinch an Inch (Pinch) will hopefully be attending a lot more shows, she is maturing into a fine lady indeed. Also, we hope to hear the patter of tiny feet in the spring from my tippi toes (CH Witchgait Wish Upon a Star ).

Look to the future for team Witchgait!
