He is now a <span style="color: #ff0000;">CHAMPION</span>!!! He won <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Limit Dog, the Dog CC, RBIS and BEST OPPOSITE SEX</span></strong>. WE ARE SO THRILLED! The judge was breed specialist Mrs Lin Shaw (Kolnago). His name now will be <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">CH Witchgait Sounds Terrific</span></strong>. Dixie is my <span style="color: #ff0000;">2nd homebred CHAMPION</span>, and my <span style="color: #ff0000;">32nd CC IN THE BREED</span>!!!!! GOSH I AM SO PROUD!!!!!</p> </article> <article> <h1>29th July 2010</h1> <p>admin — Thu, 29 Jul 2010 08:33:48 +0000</p> <p>Catch up on Shar Pei show results…</p> <p>At Border Union Dixie won <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Junior Dog</span> under Ernie Paterson</p> <p>At Blackpool, Pam Lyons (Alsargri, Breed Specialist) awarded <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Junior Dog</span> and the <span style="color: #ff0000;">DRCC</span>, and <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a> <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Open Bitch</span> and her <span style="color: #ff0000;">9th BCC</span>!</p> <p>At Windsor, Tim Ball (Kaitak, Breed Specialist) awarded <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a><span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Junior Dog</span>. He also awarded <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-headholme-sound-of-music-2/">Inchi</a>, who hasn’t been to a show for a long time, <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Open Bitch</span>, <span style="color: #ff0000;">BCC </span>and <span style="color: #ff0000;">BOB </span>(her 13th!!) What a great result, she showed so well.</p> <p>At East of England there were no CCs awarded. Jenny Webb (Chifido, Breed Specialist) <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> won <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Junior Dog</span>, <span style="color: #ff0000;">Best Dog</span> and <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">BEST of BREED</span></strong>! <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a> won <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st Open Bitch</span> and <span style="color: #ff0000;">Best Bitch</span> – the <strong>double for team Witchgait</strong>!</p> <p>At Leeds Raymond Boatwright awarded <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st in Junior Dog</span>. <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a> couldn’t go as she had been awarded the CC and BOB under that judge at a previous show.</p> <p>So, as you can see, we have been having a fabulous time in the show ring!</p> <p>Both <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a> and <a href="../../my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-headholme-sound-of-music-2/">Inchi</a> are due in season anytime, both will be mated. Enquires welcome, tel 01908 691916</p> </article> <article> <h1>14 June 2010</h1> <p>admin — Mon, 14 Jun 2010 09:30:06 +0000</p> <p>We went off to Coventry Open Show and <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> won BOB in AVNSC Utility and the group under judge Pam Noujaim, and then BIS under Peter Jolley !</p> <p>At Southern Counties, under Jill Peak, <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> won 1st in Junior and the RCC. He also went in the PET PLAN JUNIOR STAKES and won so is now through to the finals in January! Thanks to Patsy Holland.</p> <p>Latest show we went to was Three Counties under Ferelith Somerfield <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> won Junior and <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a>won the bitch RCC.</p> <p><a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-headholme-sound-of-music-2/">Inchi</a> is due in season any day and we are planning a repeat mating that has produced a fab litter, including our boy here, <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a>.</p> <p>Hopefully later on this year <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/ch-witchgait-wish-upon-a-star-3/">Tippi</a> will be mated too. <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/contact/">All enquires welcome</a>.</p> </article> <article> <h1>25 May 2010</h1> <p>admin — Tue, 25 May 2010 17:24:25 +0000</p> <p>Well, what can I say, I’ve had a fab 10 days!</p> <p>First at Birmingham under Weny Coates (Myojo), <a href="http://www.witchgait.co.uk/my-shar-pei/meet-my-shar-pei/witchgait-sounds-terrific-dixie/">Dixie</a> won 1st in Junior, DOG CC & BEST OF BREED (HIS 2ND CC), and to TOP OFF AN ALREADY fab day he got group 2 under top allrounder Mr Derek Smith (Clickham).</p> <p>Then on Saturday we went off to Redditch open show. Vanessa Williams -Wegman was the breed judge & group judge. We won both of those, plus we won BIS too!!! WOW!! What can I say? I am so so proud, and he is only 15 months old! The judge was Mr Albert Wight. Dixie won <span style="color: #ff0000;">1st puppy dog</span> & <span style="color: #ff0000;">BPIB</span>, and Tippi was 3rd out of 20 in open bitch and <strong>she was the only UK girl in the final placings!!!!!</strong> BP at Crufts again! We have achieved this 3 times over the past 4 years. A great day. Also, we were on the discover dogs stand on the Sunday and Tippi, Dixie and Inchi were there enjoying all the fuss and attention from the public – they so enjoyed themselves!</p> </article> <article> <h1>Purina Puppy of the Year 2010</h1> <p>admin — Sun, 04 Apr 2010 07:59:31 +0000</p> <p>Here are a couple of photos taken on 28th January at the Pup of the Year competition. Oh what fun we had! We had a fab day, such a prestigious event to have qualified for. It was my 2nd year on qualifying, last year it was Tippi there, and this time Dixie Dean. </p> <p>Dixie was a true super star – he so enjoyed himself and was so on his toes. We were shortlisted in such stong competition. My dear freind, Rachel, joined me on this special day, and we both had a fabulous day. It was held at Ragley Hall and the surrounding grounds were absolutely stunning. A day I wont forget in a hurry. Thank you to all the people for their lovely comments on Dixie.
